 Bajnice, a small place consisting of private houses, lies 15 km south of Split,
central Dalmatia's tourist center. It is placed on a part of the coast
that is dotted with small bays and isolated beaches, while there are
concrete swimming areas in front of houses.
Since there are only few restaurant, post office and grocery store and
there is also a park with children's playground, in neighbour place Krilo Jasenice, Bajnice is great for a quiet family holiday.
Omis and Split nearby offer places to go out, as well as
interesting cultural and historical sites. If you like active holidays,
make sure to bring your water sports equipment, while you can play
other sports in Dugi Rat and Omis.
If you are looking for an adventure, you can go rafting or canyoning on Cetina River.
